While we do offer some of these items for purchase at our office, please let us know if you require delivery of any cleaning tools.

In the rare event of accidental damage, please inform our office within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will promptly address the issue and offer compensation. We recognize that our clients may possess sentimentally valuable items that are irreplaceable, which is why we take special care to treat all your belongings with utmost respect. Rest assured, we are licensed, bonded, and fully insured for your peace of mind.
  • Is it necessary for me to be present while the cleaning is being done?

  • What is your policy for cancellations?
    At Ocean Reign Janitorial Services, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly request a 48-hour notice for all cancellations. A $50 cancellation fee applies to appointments canceled after this 48-hour window due to the high demand for our services. To compensate our employees for last-minute schedule changes, the full amount of the appointment is charged if canceled with less than 24-hours notice. Additionally, if an Ocean Reign Cleaner arrives for a scheduled appointment and is unable to access your home, we regret that we cannot refund the appointment charge.
